Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Shipping Options
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Plongée Équipement Magasin. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Diving/spearfishing wetsuits
- Booties, gloves, and socks
- Diving equipment disinfectants
- Custom-made or personalized equipment
- Opened or used products
Return & Exchange Conditions
- You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Return Process

- Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Carefully package the item with all original accessories and documents.
- Ship the package to the provided address (we recommend using a trackable shipping service).
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Exchange Information
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item.
